Counter-Illicit Trafficking

This set of courses provides the student with an in-depth look at the organizations that commit acts of Human, Sex, Organ, Drug, Weapons, Smuggling and or types of illicit trafficking & terror, the methods they use and the types of counter measures available to defeat this threat.  Sun Tzu – “The Art of War”

Strategic Assessments:

 The PMF trains on strategic assessments related to important aspects of human smuggling and trafficking in persons and clandestine terrorist travel. Assessment topics may include: international and domestic  smuggling and trafficking organizations and networks; the extent of progress in dismantling organizations; smuggling and trafficking schemes, patterns and trends; and proven law enforcement and other approaches for countering smuggling and trafficking. Intelligence Operations

An understanding of intelligence operations is a key factor for any organization. Getting information, establishing trust, and preventing casualties of victims and personnel are all key focuses of this series. Students will learn how to establish, apply, and maintain an independent and threat-oriented intelligence.

Pre-Incident Planning and Detection

Proactive detection and response is key to any country or organization's safety and security. Learning about pre-incident indicators, threat mitigation and robust threat detection is a necessary and cost effective approach to defending a national or international interest. MOC-UP  Training

Critical infrastructure Protection

As police and military targets become more security aware, traffickers, gangs, organized crime syndicates and terrorist organizations are focus on softer targets (children & young women) with huge potentials for profit. This series of courses covers identification of potential targets (i.e.) Traffickers, Gang, and other predators and protection of victims in these critical nodes and how to maintain continuity Tactical advancement in business, air & sea ports and the community when in a crisis.

Disaster Management and Response

This series of courses covers theory and practical techniques for application in natural or man-made disasters. The need for prior planning, communications and rapid coordination exists in both crisis environments to verify targets and victims. This series of courses prepares first responders and corporations for these events.

Tactical Operation Theory

This series of courses covers a wide range of police and military tactical & criminal psychology operations.

Tactical Personnel Surveillance, Transportation and Platform Operations

This series of courses covers tactical operations on mobile and inaccessible platforms such as ship board, vehicle and boots on the ground based.
